Do you have any stores?
No, we trade online only this helps us keep the costs down so we can offer better prices to you the customer.
Do you have a catalogue?
Although we do not currently produce a catalogue, we are looking in to doing so in the future. If you would like to be added to our mailing list, fill a registration form with your full name and address to and select subscribe to our newsletter and we will be sure to add your name to our mailing list for future publications.
What size do I need to buy?
On each product information page there is a link to a size chart, if you click on this you will easily be able to choose the correct size for you. If you need further information please email your enquiry.
How do I place an order?
Choose the product(s) you would like to order by selecting the correct size and clicking 'Add to Cart' When you have finished adding items to your Cart, proceed to the checkout. Returning Customers: Log into your account using your email address and password. New Customers: Register yourself by entering your email address and a password of your choice. Simply follow the instructions to complete your secure online payment.
Why do I need to register to shop?
Registering with us helps us to make the ordering process as quick and easy as possible and allows us to let you know when we have special offers and discounts for our registered members.
Why has my card been declined?
If your card is declined, your bank will be able to advise you as to why. Always make sure though that the details you have entered are correct and the billing address is where the card is registered. If all fails we will attempt to complete your payment over the phone.
What payment methods do you accept?
Switch/Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Solo and PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
We may be able to cancel your order but we can only do this if the item has not been dispatched. If it has you can still send the item back under or 30 day refund policy. Please email us as soon as possible after you have placed your order otherwise it may be too late.
I have received an incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
We aim to get your order right every time but we do occasionally make mistakes. If we send you the wrong item, please email; sales@corsetsnbasques.co.uk
Can I track my order?
For UK orders we use the Royal Mail. Overseas orders will be sent Royal Mail and passed on to the national postal service in the relevant country, unfortunately we do not provide tracking for orders.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery within the UK is normally within 3-5 working days.
Delivery to Europe is normally within 5-7 working days.
Delivery to the rest of the world is normally within 5-10 working days.
