Conditions of Use

Delivery Policy:
All orders will be delivered by 2nd class, Royal Mail recorded delivery. Customers can upgrade to 1st class recorded delivery for an additional £3.50. We dispatch goods the same same day, for payments received before 3:00pm Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. All orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day. All items are insured and are covered in transit.

Refund & Return Policy:
If your garments are defective in any way, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund. We will gladly exchange any garments up to 4 times although you would be responsible for return postage.

Cancellation Policy:
If the items have already been dispatched, and you wish to cancel the order, just return the items unopened within 30 days to receive a 100% refund.

Privacy Policy:
We do not store any of your financial details, such as credit/debit card numbers, in our database or anywhere on our systems.  We will never sell, rent, trade or give away personal information gathered by this website, or by other customer service staff, to any third party individuals or companies.

Special Offers
If you buy an item on our 3 for 2 offer we will be happy to exchange any items but we cannot offer refunds.

Safety
Keep all garments out of the reach of children as some materials could also pose a choking hazard. Do not wear Corsets while pregnant as this could harm your baby. Please consult your doctor before using these garments for weight lose or weight training purposes.

Company Policy
We reserve the right to withdraw any promotion offer at any time. We will not exchange/refund Corsets if, in our opinion, we feel they have been worn longer than is necessary for trying on. We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers but do not accept cheques. All base rates are in GBP sterling. No cash refunds will be given on credit card orders under any circumstances.
